Hi, I’m Jisoo — a lifelong food and coffee enthusiast with a passion for creativity, culture, and connection. For me, food and drink have always been more than just nourishment — they’re a form of storytelling, a way to express identity and emotion, and a bridge that brings people together.

My inspiration comes from Korean ingredients and traditions, which I love reimagining in fresh and unexpected ways. I believe in crafting intentional, seasonal drinks that highlight balance, innovation, and authenticity — drinks that feel familiar yet exciting, rooted in tradition yet elevated with modern technique and design.

Each creation begins with curiosity: What can this season offer? How can a single ingredient be transformed into something meaningful? Whether it’s a comforting brew or a bold new flavor, every sip is an invitation to slow down and experience something thoughtfully made.

My goal is to create an experience that celebrates both flavor and feeling — one that honors where I come from while continuously exploring what’s next.
